Perfecting my craft

This post is not so much about ‘perfecting’ as ‘improving’, or even ‘reinventing’.
Yesterday I completed the mammoth task of the school yearbook. Within seconds of submitting it to the publisher, I felt physically lighter and less tense. Finally!
Having completed the Harvard Leaders of Learning course a few weeks ago, I have been looking for a ‘what next?’ That reminds me, I need to blog about that course!
I started reading ‘The Art of Coaching‘ by Elena Aguilar last week and it has really been resonating with me. Last night as I was searching for online courses (my brain just cannot sit still!), I came across The Art of Building Trusting Coaching Relationships by… Elena Aguilar! I saw that as a sign and immediately signed up. And dove straight in!
My intention is to record my reflections on this blog as I continue my journey…
