A question it seems I am always asking. What next?

I finished an online course yesterday and I’m already hungry for something new. With just over 4 weeks to go until the end of the school year, I am starting to think about my area of focus for professional development for next school year.

I think I’ve narrowed it down to three. In no particular order. All three will help me to grow as a coach, no doubt. All three will affect my teaching practice, no doubt. I’m sure I’ll end up working on all three at some point anyway… but I’d like to make a decision soon. Unless you have an even better suggestion!

Choice 1:

This really appeals to me as I have just watched ‘A Call to Courage‘ and so much resonated with me. I love that her work is supported by data and research. There are also a ton of supporting materials to accompany the book, including a workbook (that appeals to me!).

Choice 2:

Having just finished an online course with Elena Aguilar, I am VERY interested in this. Also, I love that there is a workbook. After going through some tough times this year, I also wonder if this would be best for my mental health.

Choice 3:

Even though I’ve just finished Elena Aguilar’s online course, I have the feeling that it just touched the surface of this book. That there are so many supporting materials, including a reader’s guide, is also amazing!

So. Which one would you choose and why? Please take ONE minute to let me know….
